Slice the cucumbers into thin slices, the thinner the better! Put in salt, vinegar, sugar, and white pepper, top it off with sesame oil.

Mix well, then put the whole thing into refrigerator.

Yum!

Soak the wide seaweed until it opens up, then slice them into tiny thin pieces, boil them for a few minutes or a little bit, get rid of al the water and chill.

Add salt, MSG/Chicken bouillon(I added chicken bouillon because it taste better.), a little bit of vinegar, some spicy sauce, and to top it off,  add some sesame oil! chill it for a bit then you are done!

It’s very yummy.:)

将买回来的海带用水浸泡直到全部张开,然后用刀切成细丝,(如果你买的是海带丝这些可免),然后放到沸水里稍微过一下,漏干水放入盐、味精、少量醋(喜欢辣可以放一点辣椒粉)、麻油后充分拌均后就可以食用了,
注意了关键在于你放配料的多少!

Yum! It’s actually Korean styled, but i made a few changes.

you need a bunch bean sprouts, washed and picked, and boil it and then chilled and get rid of all the water.

add salt, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic(optional), and some spicy condiments. mix it well and chill it inside the refrigeator for 30 minutes and more. Voila!
It taste sour and spicy, Yum!
